1. Cancellation Policy
Orders for physical products can be canceled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
For service-based purchases (like AMC or consulting), cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of payment, provided the service has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team via email or phone with your order ID.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Duplicate payments
For services, partial or full refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope and stage of work.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
